.Your medical records: test and scan reports plus list of medicines that you are currently taking
.Deposit: We recommend that you make the deposit in accordance with the schedule of charges in advance to avoid delays in the admission process. Our registration executives will assist you every step of the way. Payments may be made by cash, cheque or major credit cards. We don’t collect deposits from emergency patients requiring admission to ICU’s /ICCU and from company tie-up patients
.Cash payment cannot exceed Rs 200000. Balance amount can be paid via wire transfer or DD
.The patient or his relative must duly fill and sign the admission form prior to admission. Valid ID card must be presented at the time of admission
.Ensure that you fill accurate information in the admission form as this is used for all future documentation and needs like admission papers, certificates, insurance claim and medico-legal formalities
