The Brains Neuro and Spine Centre organised a Continuous Medical Education (CME) programme at Chikmagalur, a district in Karnataka 250 kms from Bangalore, on September 23 in association with the IMA. The event was attended by over 50 doctors from the region and was addressed by its chief guest Dr N K Venkataramana founder and chief neurosurgeon at Brains. The topic of the CME was Recent Trends in Neurosurgery. Following his felicitation by Dr A Krishna a senior Chikmagalur physician, Dr Venkataramana highlighted the latest advances in the surgical management of neurological problems. He later answered questions posed by the audience in a Q&A session.
